Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. CARISSA ROSE is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit, and MasterCard Debit.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure CARISSA ROSE uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Carissa Rose, we want to make you happy, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
- All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of CARISSA ROSE and may only be refunded as a store credit.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)
- Items received without original garment tags, if tags are missing that is considered for store credit only
How to Make a Return or Exchange
Making returns and exchanges is easy. As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange (see guideline above), start off by following these easy steps:
Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
On the front of your packing slip, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging and fill out the Return or Exchange column on the back.
Place your packing slip, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
From the options below, determine the type of transaction you are making, and follow the rest of the steps.
Free Domestic Returns
Follow the steps on "How to Make a Return or Exchange," then:
Affix your free, prepaid return label found on the back of your packing slip. Thankfully, this is a complimentary to you shipping label.
Affix the label to your package, and make sure there are no other shipping labels on it.
Use the US Postal Service to send it on its way. You can find USPS Locations here.

Free Domestic Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free 'quick' and ‘traditional’ methods of exchange. Here's the difference:
This is the best and fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want before an item runs out of stock. To exchange as quickly as possible:
First, call Customer Care at 1-877-654-7673. We’ll place a new order immediately, charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges.
All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a full refund! Just follow the steps listed under "How to Make a Return or Exchange" and "Free Domestic Returns." We’ll email you when we process your exchange!
This takes a little longer, so our more limited items may be gone by the time we process your request. But, if you don’t want the temporary second charge that comes with a quick exchange, this is your best option. Just follow the steps listed under "How to Make a Return or Exchange" and "Free Domestic Returns" - be sure to indicate that you are exchanging, and the new size you want.

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit or have the amount credited back to the purchasers card.

Receiving your refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through CARISSA ROSE. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We also may exchange your item, for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on CARISSA ROSE. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW WE USE IT
CARISSA ROSE collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by CARISSA ROSE. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfil your order. We only save credit card information for those customers that have registered on the Site.
Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

If you choose to opt-out for this service, we will not send you alerts for new products, features nor enhancements; special offers; upgrade opportunities; contests or events of interest. However, if you choose to receive our emails from time-to-time we will use the information you provide to promote the products and services of our business partners or other companies within the CARISSA ROSE Group via email or direct mail. OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT PROVISIONS
When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular update service.
At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of any service to which you have subscribed. HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND, IF NECESSARY, CHANGE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION CARISSA ROSE MAINTAINS
If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by CARISSA ROSE is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the "Sign In" menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the "My Account" section. Only you or, upon your request, the Customer Care department, may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID. Information may be changed online within My Details, Shipping Details, and My Preferences. You can change or delete saved credit card details each time you make a purchase. You will also be able to delete saved credit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address. If you change your billing or shipping address while your order is still being processed, the order will be re-processed through customer finance check.
